Additional persons over six years old will be charged @ 125€ per night.
Rates are quoted in euros per accommodation per night and may be subject to change without notice.
A single local government tax of 5% of the room rate is payable by guests of St Barths hotels and rental villas.
Reservations & Cancellations Policy
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
For a stay of 3 nights to 6 nights, a 3 nights deposit is requested.
For a stay of 7 nights and more, we request 50% of the total stay amount.
Please be aware that in the case of cancellation, the hotel is to be notified in writing at least 45 days prior to the reserved arrival date if the deposit is to be refunded (30 days for arrivals from April 12th to December 17th).
If notification is received within 45 days of your arrival (30 days for arrivals from April 12th to December 17th) the following cancellation fees will be charged:
From December 17th 2009 to January 3rd 2011 cancellation - minimum of 10 nights stay and a 7 night deposit is required within a week of the reservation being made and prepayment in full by 120 days prior to arrival. Prepayment forfeited for cancellations within 120 days and a forfeit of 3 nights from the deposit for cancellations before the 120 day period.
From January 04th to April 11th 2011 cancellation - 15 to 45 days prior to arrival - the full deposit will be forfeited. Less than 15 days prior to arrival - the entire stay will be charged.
From April 12th to December 17th 2011 cancellation - 10 to 29 days prior to arrival - the full deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 10 days prior to arrival - the entire stay will be charged.
In case of no-show or early check-out it will be necessary to charge the full stay. Changes to the reservation including arrival and departure dates are subject to approval and written agreement between the parties.
