Howard Hughes Suite

The Howard Hughes Loft Suite Eden Rock – St Barths signature suite; is located on the top of the rock and offers 360-degree views of the bay. This spacious 500 square foot single bedroom suite includes three sun terraces - two copper clad bathrooms - and a home cinema.

Waterlily House

Waterlily is also a one-bedroom bungalow featuring exquisite stone and woodwork and is located on the beach.

James Suite

This diamond-sharp extremely spacious suite sits at the foot of the rock right on the waters edge.

Jasmine House and Ixora House

Our newest accommodations offering 1 and 2 bedroomed split level houses on our lovely beach and all overlooking the ocean. All offer spacious living areas, a kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, spa pool, private terraces and gardens surrounding the properties.

Both houses feature two terraces and a spa pool and are approximately 1,600 square feet in size.

Orchid House

This 1,800 square foot house has one bedroom, one bathroom, a large living area, a large upstairs terrace and a spa, pool and is beautifully positioned.

Greta Garbo Suite

This suite is a tribute to 1930’s Hollywood glamour, with undoubtedly the Caribbean’s most dramatic bed,featuring an eight-foot tall, hand stitched white leather headboard.

The suite is located “on the rock” with spectacular views of the bay and a wrap-around terrace. Greta Garbo did indeed use this place when she felt the need 'to be alone'.

Michael's Suite

Located on the rock down by the beach, this suite has a private swimming pool, sitting room, dressing room, a Philippe Starck bathroom and two Plasma TVs.

Harbour House

This suite overlooks the bay and has a small private courtyard garden in the back.

Harbour House also offers the coolest separate children’s quarters (called “Spencers Cabin”).

Fontaine Suite

This suite has been joined with “Case à Vent Cabin” to create a 2 bedroom accommodation with 2 bathrooms.

A very private suite, which includes an enchanting terrace.

Fontaine Suite features its own private heated pool, a main bedroom and a cabin adjacent to it which can accommodate 2 single beds and has a bathroom.

These rooms are within the two newly constructed Plantation Houses on Eden Rocks’ beach.

The rooms have terraces with beach views and the ground floor suites have direct access onto the beach from the terraces and just across the lawns to the clear blue ocean.

Additional persons over six years old will be charged @ 125€ per night.

Rates are quoted in euros per accommodation per night and may be subject to change without notice.

A single local government tax of 5% of the room rate is payable by guests of St Barths hotels and rental villas.

Reservations & Cancellations Policy

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

For a stay of 3 nights to 6 nights, a 3 nights deposit is requested.
For a stay of 7 nights and more, we request 50% of the total stay amount.

Please be aware that in the case of cancellation, the hotel is to be notified in writing at least 45 days prior to the reserved arrival date if the deposit is to be refunded (30 days for arrivals from April 12th to December 17th).

If notification is received within 45 days of your arrival (30 days for arrivals from April 12th to December 17th) the following cancellation fees will be charged:

From December 17th 2009 to January 3rd 2011 cancellation - minimum of 10 nights stay and a 7 night deposit is required within a week of the reservation being made and prepayment in full by 120 days prior to arrival. Prepayment forfeited for cancellations within 120 days and a forfeit of 3 nights from the deposit for cancellations before the 120 day period.

From January 04th to April 11th 2011 cancellation - 15 to 45 days prior to arrival - the full deposit will be forfeited. Less than 15 days prior to arrival - the entire stay will be charged.

From April 12th to December 17th 2011 cancellation - 10 to 29 days prior to arrival - the full deposit will be forfeited.

Less than 10 days prior to arrival - the entire stay will be charged.

In case of no-show or early check-out it will be necessary to charge the full stay. Changes to the reservation including arrival and departure dates are subject to approval and written agreement between the parties.
