St Barts Hotel Isle De France

The Isle De France hotel is a charming boutique hotel sited directly on the Beach at Anse de Flamands on St Barts. Privately owned, with just 39 rooms, suites and villas it has the reputation of being one of the most luxurious hotels in the Caribbean.

13 in the tropical garden. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (bath, separate shower, 2 basins, 1 wc), terrace overlooking the garden. Within these 13 bungalows, we have 4 Bungalows suitable for families with either interconnecting internal doors or external common entrances to two rooms, these room will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Tropical Villa

A private and romantic sanctuary amidst a beautiful and colourful landscape of bougainvillea and coconut palms, the romantic Tropical Villa is surrounded by Isle de France’s lovely tropical garden. A one-bedroom, one-bathroom enclave, it is situated in its own garden setting, with an interior sitting room, private splash pool.

Hillside Bungalow

Located on the hillside, up a series of steps, overlooking the gardens and out to the ocean. 1 bedroom (double bed) with a bathroom, a kitchenette, terrace and a private swimming pool overlooking a magnificent sea view (No Room Service).

Beach Junior Suite

3 on ground floor. 1 spacious room with a lounge area, 1 bathroom (a jacuzzi bath, separate shower, 2 basins, 1 wc), terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean.

Fisherman’s Cottage

This cottage has 2 en-suite bedrooms (1 room offers a king size bed and the bathroom has a bathtub whilst the other room offers twin beds and the bathroom has a shower only). The cottage also features a small sitting area, a kitchenette, an exterior garden and an interior courtyard.

The Eden Villa or Garden Villa

Two bedroom suites, two full bathrooms, a separate sitting room, a private hidden splash pool and a patio kitchen provide breathing room for couples or a small family.

Suite on the beach

Stunningly located, directly on the Baie des Flamands beach, the suite offers a Master bedroom on the first floor with its own private sundeck and a second bedroom on the ground floor as well as a living room which leads onto a private deck, with its own Jacuzzi, overlooking the beach and ocean.

4 New Beach Suites

Located right on the beautiful Flamands beach of St Barthelemy, the sophisticated island of the Caribbean. Hotel St Barth Isle de France has built 4 beautiful new one bedroom suites. A few yards from the main building, the suites are over 1500 sq ft with fantastic views.

2 suites are on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor and two of them are connecting. All the suites are state of the art, designed in the St Barth chic style of the hotel by Penny Morrison of Morrison Interiors, with parquet floors, soft elegant furnishings in cool cottons and linens.

Each suite has private infinity plunge pool, air conditioning and ceiling fans, a large terrace with beach loungers. A very spacious lounge area with 52?plasma screens, a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge and ice-maker, complimentary mini bars, wireless internet connection, large bedroom with view through the lounge to the sea. Large oversized beautiful bathroom with inside and outside showers, stone bathtub and double vanity unit with separate dressing area. Our clients will also have their own private parking spot.

• Rates are in Euros per room including continental breakfast and round trip airport transfer for two persons includes (For 4 persons in the Fisherman’s Cottage & The 2 Bedroom Suite on the Beach and The 2 two Bedroom Suites in the Garden)

• 3rd person, extra bed: €115 (over 3 years old) including continental breakfast and round trip airport transfer

• The island of St Barthélemy has instituted, since January 1st, 2008, a Government Room Tax of 5% based on our Room Rate to be added to the client’s bill upon check out

• In order to guarantee the reservation the full prepayment will be required.

• At the time the reservation is made, Hotel Saint Barth Isle de France will request a deposit of 3 nights to guarantee any reservations (50% deposit required on all reservations of 7 nights or more).

• 60 days prior to the arrival (30 days for arrivals between April 1st to November 30th) ( 90 days for any reservation confirmed for the Holidays period December through January ) : the remaining balance will automatically be charged in full (non refundable).

Cancellation Policy

• Full deposit refund less €60 if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. (30 days for arrivals between April 1st to November 30th, 90 days for any reservation confirmed for the Holiday period December through January).

• Refunds are paid on receipt of written cancellation notice.

• Full payment non refundable if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival. (30 days for arrivals between April 1st to November 30th, 90 days for any reservation confirmed for the Holidays period December through January )

• In case of cancellation we need to receive a cancellation notice by email. Then we will immediately acknowledge by email the receipt of the cancellation request and we will apply the penalties as per our cancellation policy. Without this acknowledgment from us proving the cancellation then any cancelled reservation noted within the cancellation period will be not refundable.

• Reservation and revision of reservation dates are upon approval

• Hotel Bill will be charged in Euro as per tariff.

• Deposit will be applied to any nights taken off original reservation: no shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged in full.

• We recommend trip cancellation insurance as deposit and cancellation terms are strictly applied.

• For any reservations of 3 rooms or more, we will apply a group cancellation policy (please contact the reservations office for the details).
