Villa Ti Moun (MOU) is an elegant and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that has recently been renovated using the finest materials. Set on the top of Lurin hillside, villa MOU offers spectacular views over Gustavia, St Marteen, and the sunset.
The villa is composed of a spacious indoor living area, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen as well as a dining area.
The two main King size (2T or 1K) bedrooms are equal in size and style, each with its ensuite bathroom. Both open onto a private terrace facing the view.
The outdoor covered living room is furnished with large rattan sofas and chairs, and overlooks the ocean and Gustavia harbour.
The pool terrace is well-exposed to the sun, and also offers a splendid view over the ocean. It is the ideal location for relaxing and enjoying the sun all day long!
This villa is very private - a perfect getaway for two couples or a family with teenagers.
