Charming and private, Villa SIB PAR is located on the Mont Jean hillside, St Barts. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can be combined with a separate cottage at the entrance of the property.

The villa is built mainly on one level and has views in both directions, toward Pointe Milou and Marigot Bay. Traditional terra cotta and light wood combine in elegance with tropical colored fabrics. The guest bedroom is at the entrance and is decorated in hues of pink, white and blond wood; its private bathroom has an exterior shower and a terrace facing Marigot Bay. The living room also has an ocean view and boasts beautiful antique pine armoires with overstuffed sofas. There is a balcony to enjoy the magnificent views and the breeze of the trade winds .

In the heart of the villa, on a covered terrace, there is an open air living area with rattan furniture and bright colored cushions. The second guest bedroom is medium sized and is recommended for teenagers or children. The master suite is located off the pool area and is the largest with a dressing room, office, and private terrace opening to the garden and the view. This bedroom is truly wonderful and gives the impression of a luxury yacht with its polished floors and the elegant, refined décor based on the ever-changing colors of the sea and sky.

The villa has mature gardens with a little path leading to a barbecue area with the view over Pointe Milou and St Martin. The perfect villa for that long awaited holiday.

Villa SIB PAM is one bedroom at the entrance of the property and can be rented along with Villa PAR.
