Villa Princess X (PRX) Located a few steps from the beach in Petit Cul-de-Sac Bay, Princess X is an unashamedly modern villa, which takes its name from a work by Constantin Brancusi, as if to describe itself as a residential sculpture rather than a simple villa. The architecture makes the most of the surrounding environment and the comfort it can provide. Large plants and a cool, shady atmosphere bring Nature right into the entrance hall. Built in a linear construction, the soft grey and off-white tones of the villa give way to the bright acid green of the kitchen. The living-room has large french windows opening onto the secluded terrace and swimming pool, with an unobstructed view of the beach of Petit Cul-de-Sac. The clean lines of the furniture add to the minimalism of the design, with the wooden floors providing a luxurious warmth.
Large, discreet sliding doors preserve the privacy of the bedrooms on either side of the living room, or open into one single space for open plan living if desired. The serene harmony of tone is continued in the bathroom fittings and grey epoxy resin floors.
A large split-level deck surrounds the beautiful swimming pool, scattered with bright sun beds and an open-air lounge area where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors. A few steps farther, a hidden path leads through the bushes, cacti and small palm trees to the beach. This villa will charm you as much with its privileged situation as with its tasteful elegance and luxurious seclusion. The perfect place to unwind and have fun with family or friends.
