Gouvinia (GOU) is a very deluxe property on 7.5 acres of land w/ beautiful views overlooking Gouverneur Beach, St Barts, the ocean, and on a clear day Nevis and St. Kitts. It has a gated entry and is extremely secure. The property has a private 200 yard golf practice court which can be used as a helipad. The house is very private and all on one level with the exception of the heated pool, which is located on the hill below the house, a few stone steps away. There are two equal master suites with large double vanities in the bathroom and a small, pleasant third bedroom located in the back. The master bedrooms are on either side of the villa offering total privacy. The kitchen is gourmet and the property has all amenities for the perfect vacation. Gouverneur Beach is a quick 2 minute drive down the hill.

Gouvinia can be rented as as 2 or 3 bedroom villa. Please ask a reservations agent for details.

Gouvinia has a caretaker who lives in a separate house away from the main residence on the property. There is a maid service available during 2 to 4 hours a day, except on Sundays and official holidays.
