This large classic villa has a spacious living area, located in the same room as the gourmet kitchen and the colonial style dining area seating 6/8 guests, that opens onto a large terrace facing the splendid ocean view and the pool. The living room has comfortable chocolate colored sofas and is equipped with a large flatscreen Satellite TV and DVD player.
All the air-conditioned bedrooms face the dramatic ocean view and are equipped with screens. On the left, the first bedroom, decorated in the Caribbean style with pink tones features a 4-poster king size bed and an en suite bathroom. On the opposite, the second bedroom connects to the third bedroom. This romantic style bedroom with blue tones has a half-poster king size bed and an en suite bathroom. Next door, the third bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together as a king and an en suite bathroom.
The large terrace has constant breezes and surrounds a large infinity pool overlooking the ocean with lounge chairs to relax and to admire the view. A covered outside dining area offers clients privacy to have a dinner with friends. This villa is perfect for people looking for a breathtaking sea view, privacy, and proximity to Gouverneur beach.
