This spacious and contemporary 2 storied villa is just a few steps away from the ocean and is accessed via a stout gate on the vast beach and crystal blue waters.

Villa NIN includes fabulous detailing, superb housekeeping and an outstanding art collection on show in its own private gallery exhibiting original paintings, photographs and lithographs. The private gallery leads into a large open sitting room area equipped with tv/dvd/music, entertainment system and with an adjacent dining area.
A superb and fully equipped Valcucine kitchen with seating around the kitchen/ bar is ideal for entertaining.
Outdoor dining is set-up for 10 or more in the shade and with speakers to deliver your favourite music from within the villa.
There are two ultra-luxe suites both with double cascade showers and plunge bath tubs. Additionally the upstairs master suite has a bathroom tiled in pure white gold and a private terrace with two comfy day beds for lounging, reading or admiring the views. The light airy Master suite downstairs has a hand-built stucco vaulted ceiling unique to the region and also His and Hers walk-in dressing rooms.
Guests staying at Villa Nina have access to all the hotel facilities and VIP services which includes a Butler, a choice of cars in the Rockstar (neighbour villa) garage, plus bicycles and other sport gear, etc...
Villas Nina could be combined with villa Rockstar as one large house with lots of facilities...large groups (i.e. weddings or family reunions) are now able to book one mega-villa that features the world-class amenities of Rockstar and Nina so including a recording studio/ home cinema/ art gallery/ two swimming pools/ two spa pools/ a fully-equipped gym/ a business office/ a couple of cars/ some bikes/ - and 24-hour dedicated Butler service.
