The air-conditioned exercise room with beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows has treadmill, weights, mini-refrigerator, tv and dvd. The well-furnished terrace is ideal for entertaining. An awning can be extended over part of the terrace for afternoon shade. Parking is ample and easy. In the evening there is lighting that illuminates the ocean below.
