The villa "Vina" is situated on Vitet hillside, near Lorient. This modern and contemporary villa is in an exceptional condition, and is perfectly well maintained. Once the heavy teak gate closed behind you, you entered into a very private property surrounded with walls and with vegetable hedges.
The villa extends over 0.75 acre of ground with several bungalows, all are connected by decks.
The villa offers a total of five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The living room looks on one side onto a deck and a heated pool which overlooks the ocean view. On the garden side, the living is open on a large deck with an outside dining, living and b.b.q areas.
