“Aventura” is located in the private community of “Roc Flamands”.
The villa has a full privacy because it is the last villa built in the community.
The villa has an exceptional ocean view on Flamands bay, the entire beach, and the islands away.
The villa is built on two floors:
The floor garden includes four bedrooms. The bedrooms are looking on terraces, or garden. The master bedroom is looking on the ocean. We like on the garden level the heated Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. According to the customers of this villa, seeing the sunrise seating in the Jacuzzi is a great moment!
We love on the living level the large living open onto terraces and the ocean view.
A large deck and a pool are overlooking the ocean.
Few words about “Roc Flamands”: The private estate of “Roc Flamands” is overlooking the bay of Flamands. This community villa is made by 14 private villas. “Roc Flamands” is at a short walk from the beach of Flamands.
