The sunset view pavilion is located at the edge of the property, facing the ocean and the sunset view. The sunset pavilion has a has a bedroom, and a separate living room. The private bathroom offers a tub, and an outside shower. Both rooms are oriented toward the ocean view.
The second bedroom of this pavilion is located underneath.

Guest Pavilion:
The guests pavilion is positioned on the entrance of the compound. It has a bedroom with a private bathroom. In addition, it has an alcove with an extra bed. This pavilion is perfect for guests, or children, or for staff.

Pool area:
The pool is situated within a large deck and terrace that provides uninterrupted views on the ocean, the sunset, the hills surrounding, and the islands in the background… The long lap pool measures 50 ft by 13 ft.
The pool area offers the perfect location to have a party and to receive friends: large deck, outside covered dining, kitchen, BBQ, large sofas, sun chairs and sun beds.
