Villa Eden House (GRO) Eden House was one of the very first villas on the island. It has now become one of the finest contemporary achievements of the island. It also boasts an exceptional location with a path directly accessing the sea and double exposure both to Marigot Bay on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The nature of its Garden of Eden designed by landscape gardener, Frederic de Sainte Preuve, only adds to its originality.
