Looking out across the ocean and lush tropical hills, the luxurious Villa Les Lataniers is ideally located at the end of Anse des Cayes in the wonderful Anse Des Lezards region of St Barts. A particularly spacious villa, it’s perfectly suited for either large families or groups of friends, with lots of space for private relaxation and communal time.

Designed with high-end styling in mind, you’ll find lots of objets d’art throughout; collected by the owners during their travels. Expect fine furnishings, beautiful marble floor and wood furniture across the villa, not to mention superior quality décor. The villa has six fabulous bedroom suites on offer – with one of the bedrooms in its own building – The Architect’s room.

All of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, plus air-conditioning for your comfort. For your master suite, you’ll find your own private terrace which comes with its own terrace. You’ve also got stunning views from all of the bedrooms.

As for your living space, you’ve got lots of comfy places to sit. It’s connected to your dining room by a covered walkway; with lots of room to entertain your guests. There’s a superb gourmet kitchen on offer; fully-equipped with all of the mod cons. You’ve even got a raw fish station and your own wood-fired pizza oven.

As you step outside onto your deck, you’ll find lots of places to sit and relax on the sunbeds and outside seating. Your beautiful heated pool has been designed with lava stone, and is the perfect place to cool off. Looking to keep your fitness levels up? You’ve also got a fitness room which has all of the equipment you’ll need. And if you’re looking to kick back further, you’ve got a spa and a massage room.
