Villa Natacha occupies a private domaine in Lurin, within easy reach of Gustavia and several of St. Barth’s most beloved beaches. Its refined contemporary architecture and large garden provide a serene sanctuary that’s both effortlessly stylish and ideally located.

Spread across two levels with high ceilings and generous proportions inspired by local design traditions, the villa uses natural tones, wood, and greenery to create a warm, elegant ambiance. The sleek kitchen features a large island with a breakfast bar, while the separate living room offers a comfortable TV area, a dining table, and a wet bar. Both spaces can be closed off for air-conditioned comfort or opened to the outdoors.
