Sitting in the lush exotic hillside of Lurin, you’ll find the fabulous new Villa Le Manoir de Lurin located in the Lurin region of St Barts. Just minutes’ drive away from Gustavia, or the beautiful white sandy beaches of Gouverneur or Salines, it’s a perfect location for discerning holidaymakers looking for privacy and luxury.

A stunning mix of a contemporary villa and estate, you’ll find a collection of beautiful buildings that make up this perfect holiday destination. It makes for an ideal choice for either large families or groups of friends, with five fabulous bedroom suites and six bathrooms on offer. The main colonial building is where you’ll find most of your accommodation. Your spacious master bedroom opens out onto fabulous views of the ocean and gardens. You’ll also find two further bedrooms here.

The main building is also the location for the large living area. Think comfy sofas and loads of space. You’ve also got a billiard table here. If you’re catering for your guests, or have a chef joining you, you’ll find a well-appointed gourmet kitchen plus an outside dining area; perfect for entertaining. Outside, you’ll find a fantastic variety of comfortable seating areas, not to mention your extremely large heated pool – at 49 feet, it’s perfect for all types of celebrations with your guests.

The rest of the villa is made up of The Garden Pavilion, where you’ll find a spacious bedroom which has two queen-size beds, in addition to its own ensuite, a small kitchen and your own terrace. Or you also have The Guests Pavilion which is a great addition if you’re looking to bring children or staff.
