Right on the beach at the far end of St. Jean Bay, Villa RLD1 looks out over the waves breaking on the reef, windsurfers gliding across the water, and the vision of the blue Atlantic beyond.

Newly refurbished and nicely designed, this property offers both charm and the easy comfort of a small home with everything a couple needs to relax and unwind. The open plan kitchen and living dining area gives guests a place to get out of the sun after a day on the beach just a short walk away. The bedroom on the second floor offers a superb view from its own private terrace as well as an en suite bath. A dining table indoors makes a good spot for a lunchbreak out of the sun, while the table on the terrace is perfect for candlelit dinners with nothing but the sound of the surf as background music.

Situated in a littleknown and gated community, Villa RLD1 provides a rare balance of convenience and seclusion. Access to a private tennis court just steps from the villa is a yet another uncommon benefit.

Please note that a minimum 7 night stay is required year round, and that a rental car reservation will be made for guests of Villa RLD1 through Avis. All bookings during the Bucket Regattas and Les Voiles de Saint Barth will be charged at the Thanksgiving and Holiday Rate.
