A large, air-conditioned kitchen and TV lounge are on the main level. This space opens to a large, modern lounge with an ocean view. An adjacent terrace with a large heated pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
The villa has four large bedrooms on different floors. The main level has two bedrooms accessible from the living room and terrace. All of these rooms have large bathrooms, one with an outdoor bathtub for added luxury. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level, accessible from the living room or parking lot by staircase.


Exercisers will enjoy the lower-level fitness room.

Modern and cosy, the villa is charming. From its heights in Gustavia, residents can watch fireworks, boats, and sunsets. Despite its quiet neighbourhood, the villa is only 2 minutes from the city centre, making restaurants, bars, and stores easily accessible.
