With its heritage in Greek history, this fabulous villa’s name derives from the French word for Byzantium, a Greek city that eventually became the forefront for the Roman and Ottoman Empire. Located in the wonderful Colombier region of St Barts, the Villa Byzance is just minutes’ away from the white-sand beach and boutiques of this beautiful resort. Renowned for its breathtaking views, it’s also the perfect place for sunset lovers too.

Designed to the highest of standards, you’ll find a relaxing vibe in terms of the colour scheme, with white and grey decoration found throughout. The designers have taken great care when planning the architecture too, so you’ll find stunning vaulted ceilings, as well as wide, arched windows, and fine furnishings.

This villa is certainly out of the ordinary in more ways than one, and in particular in its layout. Ideal for either a family with grown up children, or two couples, you’ve got two fantastic bedroom suites on offer. Each of these bedrooms has its own private lounge with comfy seating. You’ll find a king-size bed and fabulous ensuite bathroom in both. Plus, they both enjoy gorgeous ocean views.

You’ve got a superb central kitchen which comes fully equipped with all of the mod cons that you’ll need, including a blender and a dishwasher. Or you can choose to use your gas BBQ outside to cook fabulous local produce. You can choose to relax in the outdoor seating area too.

Outside you’ve also got your private terrace, where your fabulous swimming pool awaits; surrounded by comfy loungers. It’s the ideal place to relax and take in the Bonhomme islet and Petite Anse Bay vistas.
