Nestled on a hill in the beautifully unspoiled land of Salines, you’ll find one of the most outstanding properties in St Barts in the Villa Dunes. Set amongst 25 lush tropical acres, you’ll be spoiled for choice whether to enjoy the luxurious design and furnishings of the villa or to take just a few minutes’ walk to the wonderful beach that is Salines.

Entirely designed for guests to enjoy luxury at its finest, the Villa Dunes comfortably welcomes up to 12 guests in its six bedrooms. Comprising of a main house and two private separate bungalows, you can choose to bring guests or staff to join you; both enjoying private areas as well as the large living areas.

Every area of the villa and bungalows has been designed to make the most of the latest technical advances, you’ll find two fully-equipped kitchens; one with air-conditioning. All of the décor enjoys white oak design furniture, complemented with deep brown Wenge wood. The pool level of the villa is where you’ll find the master bedroom. Imagine views out onto the sea, combined with the large living room and terrace. The other bedroom is located on the first floor, which has its own terrace and looks out over the beautiful gardens.

If you can tear yourself away from the St Barts island to enjoy a day at the Villa Dunes, you’ll look forward to lazy days at one of the two beautiful heated pools. If fitness is your preference, you can also spend time at the villa’s fitness room too.
