Named after a talented Brazilian-American contemporary artist Eduardo Kac, this villa reflects his great passions for all things relating to botany and biotechnology, in addition to aesthetics and politics. Nestled in the gorgeous hillside region of Lurin, it’s just minutes’ away from the fabulous resort of Gustavia; home to gorgeous boutiques and restaurants. The villa looks out towards wonderful ocean vistas; enjoying superb sunset views to remember.

Design is a big part of the Villa Edunia, and this is seen in the hints of Caribbean colours and botanical prints. Expect superb décor, fine furnishings and luxurious pieces of furniture throughout. With natural wood throughout, you’ll enjoy the cooling breezes and sunlight that adorns the villa; although you have air-conditioning for your comfort.

It’s a large villa suitable for either families or groups of friends. You’ve got four excellent bedroom suites; all perfectly appointed and spacious too. All enjoy wonderful views of the ocean and have king-size beds which can be converted to twin beds if required. In addition, all of the bedrooms have superb ensuite bathrooms. You’ll find three of the bedrooms on the main level of the villa around the pool, with the fourth bedroom on the lower level.

As for your living area, it’s a spacious area to relax with comfy seating and a covered area where you can make the most of the views. Your kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and you have a fantastic outdoor dining table where you can make the most of your gas BBQ.

Outside you’ve got two areas where you can relax. There’s a lovely grassy area which is perfect for children. And, of course, you have your wonderful heated infinity swimming pool, surrounded by comfy loungers.
