Cascading down Marigot's prestigious hillside, Villa Epicure harmoniously blends bold architectural vision with intimate living spaces. The villa's centerpiece is an impressive 18-meter heated infinity pool that seems to merge with the horizon, creating an endless canvas of blues between sky and sea. The main level showcases a masterfully designed great room where floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic ocean views, while automated sliding glass doors invite the gentle trade winds to flow freely throughout the space.
The villa's seven beautifully appointed chambres each offer stunning ocean vistas and elegant en-suite bathrooms. Three refined bedrooms grace the main level, while four additional sanctuaries await on the lower level, accessed via a dramatic stone staircase. The gourmet kitchen befits the villa's epicurean name, featuring professional-grade appliances and seamless indoor-outdoor flow for elegant entertaining.
Wellness takes center stage with a fully equipped fitness center featuring state-of-the-art cardio equipment, weight training facilities, and yoga amenities.
