A fabulous yet elegant new villa enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of Flamands Bay, the wonderful Villa Eva is located in the wonderful Colombier region of St Barts. Finished to the highest of standards, expect on-trend design, gorgeous décor and fine furnishings throughout. Ideal for either large families or groups of friends, the villa is extremely spacious, with a fabulous benefit that it can be rented alongside Villa The Source for larger groups of guests.

With five wonderful bedroom suites to choose from, the villa is particularly versatile. Three of your bedrooms have their own individual entrances on the ground floor and have their own private terraces. Two of these rooms enjoy beautiful ocean vistas, with the other room looking out over both the mountains and the ocean.

The other two bedrooms are up on the first floor; one has an ocean view, with the other having views of the ocean and the mountains. All of the bedrooms can be either configured as either king-size bedded or twin bedded rooms. You’ve also got air-conditioning for your comfort in all of rooms, not to mention to beautiful ensuite bathrooms.

You’ll find lots of space to relax with your guests in the villa, however there is also enough room for privacy. Your large living room is tastefully decorated and has lots of comfy seating areas. A fully equipped kitchen has all of the mod cons that you’ll need, with a wonderful outdoor dining room that caters for up to 10 guests. And out onto your private terrace, you’ll be able to make the most of the panoramic views, and keep cool in your large heated swimming pool.
