As part of an exclusive community, the gorgeous Villa Fabrizia makes up one of the four villas in the fabulous estate of Soleil Couchant. It’s a beautiful private estate that extends to six acres, with the villa enjoying wonderful views of the ocean harbour. Located in the gorgeous Gustavia region of St Barts, you’ve got fantastic restaurants and boutiques close by, not to mention the wonderful Shell Beach which you can reach by foot.

Designed with a truly Caribbean theme, you can expect superb architecture, stunning design and décor, and fine furnishings throughout. The villa is ideal for larger family groups or groups of friends, with eight bedroom suites and nine bathrooms; making it a particularly versatile villa choice.

The layout of the villa means that there are lots of opportunities for privacy as well as time together with your guests. Spread across several levels, you’ll find the bedroom suites in separate bungalows; all nestled in lush tropical gardens. They vary views of the ocean and the harbour, have a good combination of queen-size beds for adults and bunk beds for children, and all enjoy air-conditioning for your comfort.

As for the main living areas, you’ll find lots of comfy seating where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful views of Gustavia harbour. You can reach the fabulous dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen through a connected covered terrace. Your kitchen caters for up to 18 guests. There’s also an office available for your use. And step outside onto your gorgeous terrace where you’ll find lots of comfy seating areas and your fabulous heated swimming pool; a perfect place to enjoy the sunsets.
