Bathed in light and open to the outdoors, the interior includes a spacious, elegant living room with plush sofas and a flat-screen TV, adjacent to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. One side opens onto a panoramic terrace, the other to a lush, tropical patio, thoughtfully landscaped. Every detail of the villa has been designed to enhance the breathtaking view of the lagoon: exposed wooden beams, noble materials, and warm, earthy tones create a serene and timeless ambiance. The main terrace, facing due south, is a true haven of peace. The heated infinity pool seems to melt into the ocean's blue, while sun loungers and parasols invite you to unwind under the island breeze. A green pergola runs along the stone façade, offering shaded lounge areas for moments of pure relaxation. Below, reached by an elegant stone staircase, an alfresco dining area with an outdoor kitchen awaits, just steps from the sea. In the sleeping quarters, Villa Linda features five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and TV. The master suite, located at the heart of the villa, opens directly onto the terrace and includes an outdoor shower surrounded by tropical vegetation. The four additional suites are set in private bungalows, each with its own balcony offering panoramic views of the bay. The décor is cheerful and modern, blending natural tones with bright accents in a chic, coastal spirit. A separate bungalow houses a fully equipped fitness room, ideally positioned near the covered parking area equipped with solar panels, reflecting the villa's eco-conscious approach.
