With fabulous views of the gorgeous St Jean Bay, the ultra-chic Villa Loukoko is found in the wonderful Lurin region of St Barts. Designed with true contemporary style in mind, you’ll find superb pieces of art, fine furnishings and high-quality décor throughout.

Ideal for a family or a group of friends, this wonderful villa is particularly spacious. All three bedrooms are beautifully designed, with a queen-size bed and their own private terraces; allowing you your own time away when you need it. There’s also air-conditioning throughout for your comfort.

The villa really enjoys open living; featuring a spacious and most comfortable living room that complements your fully fitted kitchen which has all of the mod cons that you’ll need. It’s also designed with lots of light too; with a skylight over the main living area. Plus, many of the rooms have glass walls; bringing in the tropical light even further. There are lots of clever design features, including a television that’s hidden within the floor in the living room area.

Outside, you have a wonderful terrace area where you can enjoy sunny days or cool evenings with a cocktail. You’ve got a fabulous infinity pool; just waiting for you to explore. If you’re looking to entertain, you’ve got a games room which includes ping pong table, pool table and table football.

The villa is supplied with towels for the beach and the villa, plus you have maintenance om hand for garden, pool and villa. There’s also daily maid service, apart from on Sundays and public holidays.
