Jogger addicts could walk to Saint Jean beach, the “Eden Rock”, the “Nikki Beach” and the boutiques and restaurants.

This outstanding property, built on three different levels, offers an amazing view over the bay. At night, the panoramic view over the lights of Saint Jean is enchanting.

Pass a little bridge over a fountain with water lily and enter in a full air conditioned roomy living room, with large sofas, a billiard table, a fantastic gourmet kitchen perfect for a “chef at the villa” and a spacious outside covered terrace with extra sofas.

The master bedroom facing the ocean is situated on the same floor, has two ensuite bathrooms and a private office.

On the pool floor you will find a bar, a fitness room with a massage table, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a bungalow with its own small kitchen and living room.

This whole floor is connected by a large deck with the pool in the center.

On the lower level, you will find the last bedroom equipped with a living room and an ensuite bathroom.
