Beautifully located, high up in the lush hillside of Lurin in St Barts, the fabulous Villa Pasha has wonderful vistas over St Jean Bay and the glorious turquoise ocean. No matter where you are in the villa, you’ll find wonderful views, it’s a truly superb choice for discerning holidaymakers looking for privacy and luxury.

Décor-wise, you can expect superior design and beautiful pieces of furniture and fine furnishings throughout. The villa has been decorated to high standards; with natural colour schemes, dark exotic woods and terracotta tiles.

Made up of a collection of beautiful individual pavilions and the main house, you’ll certainly enjoy lots of space and not to mention the wonderful communal areas. Ideal for either families or groups of friends, you’ve got four superb bedroom suites to choose from. All have gorgeous ensuite bathrooms.

Your master bedroom is in its own individual pavilion. It has a queen-size 4-poster bed, a walk-in wardrobe, not to mention its own private terrace, and enjoys wonderful views of the ocean. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have queen-size beds and can be connected as required; also in a separate pavilion overlooking the ocean. You’ve also got a fourth bedroom which has a bunk bed and would be ideal for children, it looks out over the tropical gardens.

As for your living area, it’s a lovely spacious place to relax. You’ve got comfy seating areas, with views that look out over the ocean. Your fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and also includes a safe. It’s ideal for entertaining up to 10 guests.

Outside in the beautiful gardens, you’ll find your wonderful sun deck where your fabulous infinity swimming pool awaits. Surrounded by loungers, it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy the day’s sunshine or sunsets during the summer.
