If you’re looking for a fresh-out-of-the-wrapping villa in a fabulous resort, you’ll certainly be delighted with the Villa Prana, located in the wonderful Anse des Cayes region of St Barts. Identical to its neighbouring Villa Greenheart, it’s a superb choice for either families or groups of friends that are looking for a villa destination that will accommodate up to 12 guests in total.

Right on the beach, it’s ideal for walks or sunbathing, however it isn’t suitable for swimming. Location-wise, it ticks lots of boxes too; just a two-minute walk from the Hotel Manipani, or a mere short drive from Gustavia and St Jean.

The villa is finished to the highest of standards, with high-end design and décor a must. Expect colourful textiles and fine furnishings throughout, in addition to comfy pieces of furniture.

You’ve got three beautifully designed bedroom suites; two on the main level; featuring views of the ocean and the patio respectively, with the third room on the lower level. You’ll find two of the rooms with king-size beds, and third having twin beds which could also be converted to a king-size bed. All have lovely ensuite bathrooms.

There’s a super-spacious living room, complete with comfy sofas and a natural wood-vaulted ceiling. You’ve got a superb kitchen which comes fully kitted out with all of the mod cons you’ll need; catering for up to eight guests. If you’re looking to dine at the villa, you’ve got a superb indoor dining area.

You’ve got a fitness area, which comes with all of the equipment you might need. Outside, your stunning private terrace awaits. Here you’ll find your beautiful heated swimming pool, surrounded by comfy loungers.
