Freshly built, the villa is part of new apartment complex, with the Villa Prestige being found on the second floor. One of four beautiful apartments on site, there’s an elevator available, and you’ve got a large car parking area below where you have three car parking spaces.

Beautifully contemporary in style, yet most welcoming and comfortable you can expect superb architecture; high-end décor and design throughout, with fine furnishings and gorgeous pieces of furniture. Another bonus of the villa, is that you have the ability to rent Villa Privilege which is located on the floor below.

Wonderfully spacious, it’s ideal for either families or friends holidaying together. You’ve got three perfectly appointed bedroom suites on offer, all with king-size beds and beautiful ensuite bathrooms, in addition to air-conditioning for your comfort.

Your living area gives you a real feeling of space, with its open-plan design. There’s a superb kitchen which comes fully equipped with all of the mod cons that you’ll need. It also has a wonderful centre island. Outside there’s a half-covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy watching the boats as they traverse the harbour.

You’ll have daily maid service, expect for on Sundays and public holidays. And towels are provided for the villa and beach, as is full maintenance.
