Set against the tranquil backdrop of a bay just west of Grand Cul de Sac's lagoon, Villa Teora y offers both comfort and elegant design. Furnished with pieces by Christian Liaigre, this residence shares architectural features with its larger counterpart, Hillside Haven, located further up the incline. An expansive wooden deck spans the length of the primary structure, furnished with an alfresco dining set, sun loungers, and a sizable plunge pool for refreshment during warmer days. A brief stroll takes you to the villa's nearby beach, where the calm waters are excellent for snorkelling or morning swims. Both the indoor living area and the master suite offer unhindered terrace and ocean views but can be sealed off with sliding glass doors for climate-controlled solitude.

The primary bedroom is well-equipped with a Euro-king bed, ample wardrobe space, an adjoining dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious shower. The secondary, air-conditioned bedroom is situated on a lower tier and is furnished with twin beds and its own dedicated bathroom, complete with a rain-head shower fixture. Although compact, the kitchen is proficiently designed, incorporating a gas stovetop, a mid-sized Liebherr refrigerator, and additional appliances like a Nespresso machine and a juicer. For those interested in accommodating larger parties, the adjacent villa can be combined to form a four-bedroom complex, suitable for extended families or groups of friends.
