The newly constructed residence seamlessly integrates natural materials—rich woods and textured stone—with modern amenities across two thoughtfully designed levels. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame spectacular ocean vistas, while the open-plan design captures refreshing island breezes throughout the sophisticated interiors.
The villa's main level features an expansive great room where mid-century modern meets Caribbean chic. A statement wine cellar adds drama to the living area, while the gourmet kitchen opens to a covered terrasse perfect for al fresco dining.
