Hidden in the lush tropical hillside of the wonderful Petit Cul-de-Sac region of St Barts, you’ve got the beautiful white sands of the Petit Cul-de-Sac beach just waiting for you.

A wonderful contemporary villa, you can expect fabulous décor and design throughout. Fine furnishings and most comfortable furniture are certainly on the agenda here. It’s a great villa for those looking for space, and is ideal for either families or friends.

You’ve got four perfectly appointed bedroom suites on offer. In particular, it’s ideal for those with access issues, with two bedrooms having direct access to the living room. All of the bedrooms have king-size beds and air-conditioning for your comfort.

The bedrooms all enjoy wonderful views. One looks out onto the beautiful beach, one looks out over the gardens, with the other two rooms enjoying beach and garden vistas. Two of the room have direct access to the lovely terrace.

As for your living area, you can expect comfy seating areas and fabulous views of the beach. You’ve got a well-equipped open kitchen that has all of the mod cons that you’ll need including a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen caters for up to 10 guests.

Stepping outside onto your superb private terrace, you’ll find lots of comfy seating areas and your large heated swimming pool. Or if you fancy a walk, head out to the lagoon. It’s an ideal villa where you’ll be able to create wonderful memories.
