Looking out over gorgeous views of the turquoise ocean, and perched in beautiful tropical gardens, the fabulous Villa Xanadu is the perfect destination for discerning holidaymakers looking for a truly private and luxurious escape. Located in the wonderful resort of St Jean in St Barts, you’ve got superb restaurants and boutiques nearby.

Designed to the highest of standards, and with lots of elements of character, you can expect gorgeous design and décor throughout, not to mention to fine furnishings and lovely pieces of furniture. The villa is made up of a wonderful collection of three individual bungalows.

Ideal for families or couples looking to take a holiday together, you’ve got four fabulous bedroom suites on offer here. Three of the bedrooms are in one of the bungalows, with two on the lower floor, both with king-size four-poster beds. A beautiful floating staircase takes you up to your large master bedroom, where you’ll find a queen-size bed.

Your fourth bedroom is found in another bungalow; also with a king-size bed. All of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, and of course have air-conditioning for your comfort.

As for your living space, this is a wonderfully welcoming area where you can relax on the comfy sofa and armchair. It opens out onto fabulous views of your pool and the ocean. Your kitchen is found in its own bungalow, and has an outdoor counter. You can enjoy wonderful al fresco meals in the covered outdoor dining area.

Your third bungalow also has its own TV room. This is a great space to spend an evening with your friends and loved ones, and is decorated in an African theme. Outside on your private terrace, your beautiful swimming pool awaits; surrounded by comfy loungers.
