As one of the first luxury villa rentals in St Barts, it was built in 1973 and has now been given a fabulous new look, with absolutely no detail spared.

Located in the wonderful Pointe Milou region, and perched in the Marigot area, the designers have been very careful to retain a superb blend of Caribbean input, more classic pieces and modern design. Expect a real mix of colour, natural tones and superb design throughout with fine furnishings and luxurious pieces of furniture.

Ideal for either families or couples looking to holiday together, you’ve got four perfectly designed bedroom suites on offer, with three bedrooms on one level, and a smaller bedroom on the lower level in its own bungalow.

Your master bedroom has a queen-size bed and enjoys wonderful ocean vistas. Your second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has twin beds which can be converted to a king-size bed. And your final bedroom has a queen-size bed. All have lovely ensuite bathrooms, in addition to air-conditioning for your comfort.

As for your living space, it’s a superb spacious room that enjoys both the indoors and outdoors. You’ve got a fantastic modern kitchen which comes fully equipped with all of the mod cons that you’ll need; catering for up to 10 guests.

You’ve got a TV room on the lower level of the villa, in addition to a fitness room which is also available for your use. Outside on your stunning terrace, you’ve got a circular plunge pool which is surrounded by comfy loungers.
