DESCRIPTION

The brand-new Villa Ventura (VEN) has all the comforts of home and more. The luxurious vacation home is well situated in Lurin, close to the intersection of Saline and St. Jean, putting several of the island's most stunning attractions within easy reach. The sea may be seen off in the distance among the verdant hills that surround the area.

Oversized windows and calming grey tones give Villa Ventura a bright and open vibe. A few ylang ylang trees in the front garden give the terrace an exotic air. The home has central air conditioning and a heated pool.

The floor plan of the entire home is single-story. There is a large living area on one side and a kitchen with a breakfast bar/island on the other. A covered portion of the terrace provides shelter for the main outdoor eating area.

Separation between the two bedrooms is ensured by their locations on different sides of the living area. Each has its own private toilet and TV, and some even have access to an inside courtyard that lets in additional light and fosters a closer relationship with the outdoors.

There are a total of five bedrooms available between Villa Ventura and the adjacent Villa Indyana (IDA).
