Villa Iris provides a three-bedroom, architect-designed retreat in Grand Cul de Sac, centered around a heated infinity pool and a panoramic ocean view. This lofty vantage point offers a sweeping panorama over the brilliant turquoise waters of both Grand Cul de Sac and Petit Cul de Sac, stretching toward the horizon where the sea meets the sky.

Designed by noted architect Allem Nefra, the villa’s sharply contemporary decor makes a strong style statement with its black-and-white palette and bold red accents. Inside, the great room creates a bright, gallery-like atmosphere. Crisp white walls and a high, whitewashed ceiling are accentuated by striking black trim and glossy black tile details. The space combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one open-plan pavilion. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors frame the panoramic view and open completely to merge the interior with the terrace.

The villa accommodates four guests in three queen-bedded suites, each with a private, en-suite bathroom. Two nearly identical bedrooms flank the main living pavilion, offering privacy and equal status. Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed facing the ocean view, with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a safe, and a TV with US satellite and Dish Network. Sliding doors open to the terrace, and mosquito screens are fitted. Its en-suite bathroom includes a shower. Bedroom 2 mirrors this layout precisely, with a queen bed, ocean view, and the same suite of amenities including air conditioning, fan, safe, TV, and en-suite shower bathroom. The third bedroom suite is located on the villa’s lower level, accessed by an interior staircase. Bedroom 3 is configured with a queen-size bed and includes air conditioning and a TV with both French and US satellite channels. This room has a unique architectural feature: a large window that frames an underwater view of the pool above, flooding the space with natural light. Its en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The living area is furnished with creamy sofas and armchairs positioned to face the ocean. It’s equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a sophisticated Sonos sound system for music. A large blue abstract artwork acts as a vibrant focal point on one wall.
