The villa "Val André" is located on the beach of Saint Jean, at the water's edge. It offers a spectacular view of the bay of Saint Jean, and its magnificent waves. Surrounded by a tropical garden and lawn right up to the water's edge, it offers a feeling of total change of scenery. The villa faces the sea, and its interior spaces all have an unobstructed view of the bay of Saint Jean. It is ideally located in a private domain, just a few minutes walk from the beach restaurants of Saint Jean. Gustavia and its nightlife is just a short drive away.
Premium Island Vacations specialise in only in St Bart Villa Rentals and know the island intimately. We have been on island since 2005 and have our own local concierge and representative on island Premium IV St Barts Concierge Services for airport assistance, car rental, boat charter, private chefs, and anything else you can think of.
