Description
Villa Natacha occupies a private domaine in Lurin, within easy reach of Gustavia and several of St. Barth’s most beloved beaches. Its refined contemporary architecture and large garden provide a serene sanctuary that’s both effortlessly stylish and ideally located.
Spread across two levels with high ceilings and generous proportions inspired by local design traditions, the villa uses natural tones, wood, and greenery to create a warm, elegant ambiance. The sleek kitchen features a large island with a breakfast bar, while the separate living room offers a comfortable TV area, a dining table, and a wet bar. Both spaces can be closed off for air-conditioned comfort or opened to the outdoors.
Beyond these interiors lies the villa’s focal point: a wide terrace with a heated pool and panoramic views that sweep across the island and sea. It is a setting designed for unforgettable days and evenings, where the horizon itself feels part of the home.
Three bedrooms are arranged on the main level, while three more are located below. Each of the six bedrooms is equal in size and design, with ensuite bathrooms, private terraces, and generous storage, offering both privacy and harmony for groups.
On the lower level, a dedicated fitness room brings an added dimension of wellness and relaxation to the villa.
Villa Natacha is the height of contemporary luxury: spacious, private, and beautifully rooted in its setting. And as with every Sibarth property, your experience will be elevated by our concierge team – tailoring your stay with in-villa dining, wellness, and bespoke island adventures, making your time here seamless and unforgettable.
